" FSBO Vs. Deb, Anyone who would consider FSBO, should take a minute to read this note. We tried. We wasted four weeks and four beautiful spring weekends. During that time, we experienced unqualified “just curious” browsers, calls from hard sell Realtors, lengthy phone conversations with prospective buyers who never showed and over $1,000 in credit card charges for the ads we ran and brochures we printed. The end result was one half-baked offer at a very low price that was so full of contingencies the attorneys would still be trying to write the contract. We called Deb.
